Return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, socks and bottles can only be returned unopened.
How to return
- Contact us via our contact form with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Pack your items, attach the label, and drop the parcel at any carrier point.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are free. Let us know the size you'd like and we'll reserve it while your return travels back to us. Your replacement ships as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or the order incorrect.
Faulty items
Every Core Athletic piece is built to last, and we stand behind it. If a product fails through a fault in materials or workmanship — at any point in its life — contact us and we'll repair or replace it.
