Rates & delivery times
We ship worldwide (excluding sanctioned countries) for a flat rate of $50 USD, with complimentary shipping on all orders over $300.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During launches and restocks, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking events to appear.
Duties & taxes
For most destinations, orders ship delivery-duties-unpaid. Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier at delivery. We're working to bring duties-paid shipping to more regions.
